　　The 2002 MY Cagiva Raptor 650 has standard fittings such as a blacked-out, steel trellis frame, a large, round headlight, a dual seat, a chromed exhaust system, blacked-out, cast-aluminium wheels, passenger grab rails, a 43mm upside-down telescopic fork, an adjustable mono-shock as a rear suspension, dual front disc brakes, wide handlebars and analogue instrumentation dials.

　　In the engine department it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 645cc, 90-degree V-Twin powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission, that can produce a claimed 70 horsepower and 63 Nm of torque.
