In 2023, the British motorcycle manufacturer released the Triumph line-up, comprised of three wholly remade models, the Tiger 1200 GT, 1200 GT Explorer, and 1200 GT Pro. The three-model line-up offered riders the ultimate machine to match their adventure dreams.
The two more road-focused machines came with 19-inch front and 18-inch rear cast aluminum wheels and height-adjustable seat and windscreen. In addition, the 1200 GT Pro model packed standard features, such as heated grips, cruise control, hill control, adaptive cornering lights, and a couple of riding modes.
In the performance department, the 2023 Triumph 1200 GT Pro was powered by a 1,160cc inline three-cylinder four-stroke liquid-cooled engine with a fuel injection system feeding the pistons, delivering an output power of 150 hp at 9,000 rpm and 130 Nm (96 lb-ft) torque at 7,000 rpm.
The bike was built on a tubular steel frame with forged aluminum outriggers and a bolt-on aluminum subframe. On the front end, the bike packed a 49 mm Showa USD fork with semi-active damping, offering 200 mm wheel travel and an electronically-adjustable Showa shock absorber on the rear.
On the front wheel, the 2023 Triumph 1200 GT Pro was fitted with two 320 mm floating discs and Brembo M4.30 Stylema monoblock radial calipers, while on the rear, it packed a 282 mm disc with a dual-piston caliper, offering excellent stopping power.
In addition, the Pro version featured Snowdonia White, Sapphire Black, and Lucerne Blue color schemes and was for sale with an MSRP starting at $21,895.
