　　The 2006 MY Derbi DXR 250 is suitable for novice and seasoned riders alike, and has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 234cc, twin cylinder powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 19 horsepower and 26 Nm of torque. Standard fittings for this machine include a dual seat, an analogue instrumentation panel, a double-braced, independent and adjustable front suspension system coupled to a single-braced unitrack system in the rear, front and rear disc brakes, cast-aluminium wheels and a single headlight.
