The 1988 MY Gilera KK 125 boasts fittings such as a full-fairing with a small windscreen, a square headlight, slotted-disc wheels, a dual seat with lumbar support for the rider, analogue instrumentation dials, an under-seat exhaust system, an adjustable front telescopic fork, an adjustable monoshock as a rear suspension and a disc braking system both in the front and in the rear.
In the engine department it is powered by a two-stroke, liquid-cooled, single cylinder powerplant that was mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and could produce a claimed 25 horsepower and 17 Nm of torque.
