In 2023, the American motorcycle manufacturer unveiled their 2024 line-up of V-twin motorcycles, which included the Indian Scout, a fusion of a classic and modern aesthetic complemented by an accommodation of a low riding position and agile handling.
The Indian Scout is a more traditional American version of a cruiser motorcycle and is set to hit the dealerships at an MSRP of $13,250, less than the most basic Harley-Davidson Softail Standard. The bike is available in several color schemes, including Spirit Blue Metallic with Black Metallic, Maroon Metallic, Black Metallic, and Silver Quartz Metallic.
In the aesthetic department, the 2024 model year Indian Scout is fitted with standard features, such as a small round headlight up front, a wide handlebar, a one-piece dual seat with a low seating position, a black-finished engine, a dual chromed exhaust system with two mufflers mounted on the right side, and five triple-spoke lightweight wheels with fat tires.
On the front end, the Indian Scout is fitted with a telescopic fork and a 298 mm disc coupled to a hydraulically controlled caliper, while the rear end is handled by dual side-mounted shock absorbers and a 298 mm disc with a hydraulic caliper.
As for the power figures, the 2024 Indian Scout has its heartbeat set by a 1,133cc four-stroke liquid-cooled V-twin engine fed by an electronically controlled fuel injection system, boasting 100 hp and 98 Nm (72 lb-ft) torque at 5,900 rpm.
