In 2015, Suzuki launched the Boulevard C50T, a touring motorcycle built on the proven C50 platform, where the T suffix pointed out to a bike that was ready to travel right from the box.
The T suffix model was designed for long trips and fitted with touring accessories such as a passenger backrest, leather saddlebags, and a tall aerodynamic, height-adjustable windscreen for better wind protection.
To further enhance the retro touring look, the manufacturer planted on the bike a pair of wire-spoked wheels dressed in white-wall tires, and all the leather present on the bike was adorned with shiny metal studs.
In addition, the model’s look was enhanced by chrome-plated elements such as the engine covers, headlight, taillight housing, exhaust system, rims, and both front and rear turn signals housing.
Of course, the 2015 Suzuki Boulevard C50T offered great comfort with its wide, comfortable seats and wide pulled-back handlebars matched by the proven V-Twin performance offered by the 800cc engine.
The middleweight cruiser featured a Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel injection system that offered crisp throttle response and a 32-bit ECM that ensured quick starts and excellent driveability under all conditions.
The C50T model, powered by the 805cc four-stroke liquid-cooled engine, delivered an output power of 52 hp at 6,000 rpm and 69 Nm (51 lb-ft) of maximum torque available at 3,200 rpm.
