A distinctive look into the world of compact luxury SUV’s, the XT4 offered a fuel-efficient engine and a roomy cabin.
The new Cadillac XT4 did not step away form its roots, with the design clearly shouting Cadillac without the badge on.
Available in three trim levels, Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sport, the base model was a little poorly equipped compared to the other trim levels.
The Luxury trim offered 18-inch wheels, LED headlights, simulated leather upholstery, keyless entry and keyless go, remote start and dual-zone climate control. The entertainment and phone integration features were competitive, with an 8-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth connectivity, Android Auto and Apple Car Play, as well as 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a type C USB outlet and a 7-speaker sound system.
Moving to the upper Premium Luxury trim level, the XT4 came equipped with auto-dimming mirrors, a power liftgate, ambient interior lighting, automatic wipers, front and rear parking sensors and blind-spot monitoring system.
The Sport trim level featured black trim-specific accents, LED turn signals and an interior fitted with simulated leather upholstery, a redesigned steering wheel and sport seats.
Safety wise, the Driver Awareness package offered low-speed frontal collision mitigation, lane keeping assist and following distance indicator.
Many features were bundle into different packages offered for the available trim levels.
