It comes with just two front seats, a range of comforts and convenience, and a cavernous open cargo area designed for third-party upfitters to meet your needs. This blank-canvas approach might work well for camper-van/RV buyers but adds cost and complexity for commercial owners who simply need to carry groups of people. The Ram van is also hampered by a rough ride, and its lack of all-wheel drive might be a concern for buyers in areas with wet weather or rough terrain.
