The 2022 Rolls-Royce Phantom is the epitome of luxury and comfort. It's a massive sedan built for the superrich that's almost in a class of its own. Besides being powerful, comfortable, luxurious, expensive and exclusive, the Phantom is one of the most customizable cars in production and makes its presence known everywhere it goes. It sports one of the most recognizable grilles in the world and is the only production car that uses full-size reverse-hinged doors ("coach doors" in Rolls-Royce's parlance). If you're looking for the most lavish vehicle around and have the financial backing for it, the Phantom is the way to go.

Avg. Large Car
The Phantom is unlike any car in the market, not only because of its almost endless customization options but also for the opulent features it offers. Customers have the option of lambswool floor mats, hand-crafted wood veneers, first-class leather upholstery, a "Gallery" (dashboard) that's available with various designs (or a custom one), a fiber-optic Starlight headliner with an optional shooting star effect, power-closing doors and a limousine-like Privacy Suite cabin. But all that just touches the surface of what the extravagant Phantom has to offer.
There are a couple of vehicles in today's market that come close to what the Phantom offers. The Bentley Flying Spur is another large, powerful and extremely luxurious sedan that is highly customizable and very exclusive. Another very opulent rival is the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class sedan. But if money is no object, the Phantom should be your only consideration.
Which Phantom does zzdcar recommend?
Unlike most vehicles, the Phantom doesn't have trim levels. Instead, you have a choice of lengths: standard wheelbase and extended wheelbase (EWB). If you plan on driving your Phantom, then the extra rear legroom and cost of the EWB model might not be worth it. But if you plan on being chauffeured around, the EWB is a must for the added rear legroom. Either way, if you're buying a vehicle of that size and expense, we recommend getting the EWB model to get the most the Phantom has to offer.

The 2022 Rolls-Royce Phantom is offered in two variants: the standard Phantom and the extended wheelbase (EWB).
