Red Bull Is Playing The Worst Game Of 20 Questions Ever With Their F1 Engines
Red Bull Is Playing The Worst Game Of 20 Questions Ever With Their F1 Engines-April 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:20

Who’s going to provide Red Bull with Formula One engines when Renault after 2018? We don’t know! But Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner is willing to say who it won’t be, or so he says. Either way, this is the worst game of 20 Questions I’ve ever seen.

Sky Sports interviewed Horner during the Singapore Grand Prix weekend, to which he said not much about his team’s engine deal from 2019 onwards:

It’s not one of the Germans! They already said that . Porsche’s going to come in before the new engine regulations take over in 2021, anyway.

It’s not Aston Martin!

Like Porsche, 2021 would be the earliest Aston Martin comes in.

Horner already that Honda would supply their main F1 team with engines from 2019 onwards. Then who is it?!?!?? This really doesn’t narrow it down. Is it a company? Is it located in Europe? I don’t know.

I give up. I’m out of plausible guesses. My bet’s on Mitsubishi. It’s about time they got back into motorsport.

The Bloodhound LSR Project Makes It To 501 MPH

The Formula One Series is over. Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes ran away with the prizes and all we’re left with is a hole in our Sunday schedules. No worries, though. There’s plenty of other racing to see out there both today and tomorrow. NASCAR is out in Arizona this...

In Defense Of Left Foot-Braking During Normal Street Driving
When you were learning to drive, there’s a pretty good chance your instructor told you to never left-foot brake. I know mine did—it was one of his Big Important Rules, along with always locking your doors as soon as you entered the vehicle and signaling a full minute in advance...

F1's On-Screen Graphics Might Suck, But They're Better Than What We Used To Have
Plenty of people have been thoroughly annoyed by some of the latest Formula One graphics that have been popping up mid-race. Do we really need all this excess information about the probability of overtaking and tire performance? Do we really? But for as pointless as some of these new...

Formula One Teams Gear Up To Spend Even More Money Before Budgets Are Capped In 2021
What’s the first, most obvious, and most sensible thing to do when handed a budget that’s going to go into effect in the near future? If you answered “throw egregious amounts of money into a giant pile and light it on fire just for the hell of it,” then...
