The Boeing C-17A Globemaster III, sometimes referred to affectionately as "The Moose" due to its busy looking wing structure that includes four engines and upturned winglets, remains the mainstay of America's heavy hauling cargo fleet with 223 examples of the type in the USAF's inventory.
The muscular cargo mover has starred in plenty of and is by in no means ugly. But for something that , one would be hard pressed to call the C-17 a beautiful aircraft.
