They are supposed to be run-flat, not run-shred tires, but this Turkisharmored gets around pretty well riding on rims. Turkey's Otokar is somewhat analogous to French armored combat vehicle builder VBL, and it can be similarly reconfigured for almost any mission.

It is not exactly clear what happened to this Cobra in particular, whether its tires were shot out, it hit a massive spike strip, or some other circumstance resulted in the demise of half its tires. Whatever it was, it probably wasn't pretty, but it looks like this Cobra is quite at home running on steel.
