You Can Buy A Brand New Aston Martin DBS For $200k Off Its Original Price
You Can Buy A Brand New Aston Martin DBS For $200k Off Its Original Price-April 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:13:40

For those of you that think that my advice always comes with greasy and expensive strings attached, here’s the rebuttal to every one of your long-winded comment tirades. It’s a that not only still has a factory warranty, but has a price tag that was sliced in half and then some. Save your pennies, kids. This is what you want.

may just be the most beautiful car in the world. Every single angle is absolutely perfect. If you say otherwise, don’t expect a Christmas card from me for the next several years. I also want my CDs back. The 6.0-liter V12 has an exhaust note that is as insane as any hypercar of the day, yet it’s one of the most civilized and practical exotic cars you can buy. The peformance isn’t the fastest in the world, but it’s more than you’ll need on any road in the country and it will out-glamour every other car on the road, including anything made by Aston Martin today.

This example seems to be an unsold dealer display model, as it only has 195 original miles. This car is brand new, other than the fact that it no longer costs its original $330,000. This is exactly why I will never buy new and why depreciation and market value guide my decisions.

While the car doesn’t have the most desirable color combination, it suits the car remarkably well and the automatic transmission is something that would be a great option for a first-time exotic owner. It also has a few optional extras, as evidenced by the description:

WE HAVE JUST ADDED TO OUR EXTENSIVE EXOTIC CAR INVENTORY A BEAUTIFUL 2009 ASTON MARTIN DBS IN METEORITE SILVER WITH BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR AND ONLY 195 MILES. THIS DBS IS LOADED WITH: AUTOMATIC WITH PADDLE SHIFTERS, SATELLITE NAVIGATION, BANG AND OLUFSEN SOUND, CARBON FIBER EXTERIOR OPTIONS, CARBON FIBER INTERIOR DOOR PULLS, 2+2 SEATING, BLACK PIANO WOOD, CRUISE CONTROL, TITANIUM FINISHED WHEELS, FRONT AND REAR PARKING SENSORS, LIGHT GREY STITCHING, HEATED SEATS, IPOD AND MORE

When I make that fateful leap into the one percent, I’m getting one of these. As prices for newer Astons fall, these are actually gaining in popularity because of the aesthetic and the fact that this was one of the last V12 cars you could have coupled with a manual transmission. It may have more expensive maintenance than most normal cars, but by exotic cars standards, it’s damn reliable and reasonable to maintain because the drivetrain has been around forever in one iteration or another. I’d get it, and I’m actively saving for one in the not so distant future. .

I Ordered A Carbon-Fiber Roof For My Porsche 996 Turbo And I Might Throw Up A Little
I bought maybe the cheapest Porsche 996 Turbo—that’s right, —on the market a year ago, and I’ve mostly been happily stacking miles on the odometer since then. I have been working on making the car my own with a period-correct set of wheels, some extra carbon trim, and a...
