Ask For A Gorgeous Zagato-bodied Ferrari For Christmas, You're Worth It
Ask For A Gorgeous Zagato-bodied Ferrari For Christmas, You're Worth It-September 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:09:46

If your loved ones truly care for you, they’ll pitch in to get you this spectacular Ferrari 599 GTZ Nibbio by Zagato this holiday season. It’s the only one in the world with a manual transmission, making it as unique as you are. It’s also the best looking Ferrari of the last twenty years, and you need it, right?

Zagato, in 2017, took nine decade-old Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano examples and dropped this excellent bodywork on top. Eight of the nine were equipped with F1 paddle shift gearboxes, but this blue example has the gated manual you really deserve. And it’s still got the 6-liter V12 under the hood, meaning you’ve got more than 600 horsepower on tap.

The interior is trimmed in the best shade of blue I’ve ever seen. I’d sit in there for hours just to absorb the essence of blue into my life.

This is a Ferrari so rare that even the folks who spend their day had never heard of it! The body looks similar to that of the more common Ferrari 575 GTZ, but it’s certainly its own thing.

Nibbio is the Italian word for kite, the small raptor bird of prey in the Accipitridae family. I’m not sure if the name is quite fitting for a large GT car like the 599, but it sounds fun.

Of course, all of this exclusivity doesn’t come cheap. The car shown here is currently for sale . With just over 16,000 miles on the odometer, the dealer is requesting $1,495,000 exchange hands to drive it home. If you’re the kind of person who needs an exclusive one-of-one Ferrari for Christmas, you’re in luck. That is, unless I beat you to it.
