The company has a large presence in the country with five manufacturing plants producing diesel common rail systems, starter motors and spark plugs among others. The tech day was a way to show the products the company produces in India for the world market.The company also showcased some products currently in testing phase that will soon be available in the market.

The company's focus is on developing products suited to a particular market. In India their emphasis is on producing cost effective components for small cars that form the largest segement in car sales. It has also been successful in adapting the locally manufactured products for international market.

The latest range of car diagnostics tool pin point the exact location of the problem and the cure as well.
