"Hawaiian Style" trucks feature an interesting combination of lift with a low-rider look and too-skinny tires stretched over wide rims like beach balls.
Rumor has it the nomenclature and originated on Hawaiian beach-cruisers. That would stand to reason I suppose, I've never been to Hawaii but I'm almost positive I've never seen a truck set up quite this way. The wheels look almost as round from the front as they do from the sides.
