This Is How You Drive A Subaru
This Is How You Drive A Subaru-July 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:11:25

As snow falls outside my window, now is a good time to remind you all that there is a right way to drive a Subaru: on the limit at all times, sideways.

Above is the late ripping the tarmac rally Tour de Course back in 1993. He’s at the wheel not of an Impreza, not a WRX, not an STI. It’s a Group A Legacy RS, sounding and driving like every Subaru should.

Remind me to build up one of these cars when I have the time and money and skill. They are bricks of pure cool.

Nissan Restored This 30-Year-Old Race Truck For All The Right Reasons
In an era that seems dominated by cynicism and corporate greed, the story of some Nissan engineers spending nights and weekends to restore a piece of automotive history “just because” is enough to lift anyone’s spirits. Behold: the 1987 Nissan Patrol Fanta Limon Paris-Dakar rally car, returned to its former...

This Is The Ridiculous Toyota Yaris That Team Finland Will Drive In The WRC
This Is The Ridiculous Toyota Yaris That Team Finland Will Drive In The WRC
The 2017 World Rally Championship’s new cars are rowdy and insane, but the most extreme looking of them all may be ’s origami-looking Yaris WRC, with its many aerodynamic layers upon layers. It’s so far beyond a regular Yaris that it’s basically in car form. The best Yaris ever has...
