Land Rovers iconic family SUV is celebrating a quarter of a century milestone with the XXV Special Edition, which offers distinctive styling and premium interior
Since it was launched back in 1989, the British car manufacturer has managed to deliver over a millionDiscovery models. Now it’s commemorating 25 years of the iconic SUV with the Special Edition that comes in a choice of four exterior colours matched with distinctive badging and a sophisticated and premium interior lined with Windsor leather on the fascia, the instrument panel binnacle, and door tap rolls.
Built on the luxurious HSE specification, the Special Edition Land Rover Discovery XXV is fitted with 20-inch five-split-spoke alloy wheel, Silver full-length roof rails, body-coloured handles and a stainless steel bumper accessory tread plate. It also features Narvik Black grille surrounds and mirror caps, and Dark Atlas features on the grille and fender vents.
The interior has been configured with twist pile carpet mats and a leather-wrapped wooden steering wheel. Additional highlights include ‘XXV’ badging throughout the cabin, as well as a choice of three interior leather colourway options: ebony, cirrus or dual-tone ebony/cirrus.
Land Rover has confirmed that only 90 of these special editions will make their way to SA.
The Land Rover Discovery XXV is priced at R946 900 excluding CO2 tax of R11286.
