Nice Price Or Crack Pipe: 1978 Mercury Grand Marquis For $15,000?
Nice Price Or Crack Pipe: 1978 Mercury Grand Marquis For $15,000?-January 2024
2024-02-19 EST 22:10:20

Sometimes you look at the price of a car for sale and you ask yourself, "Is that a pretty good deal, or would I have to be smoking the rock to pay that much?" That's what is all about, and we're going to follow up yesterday's - which 65% of you felt went for way too much green- with another Detroit classic. This time it's a super-cherry 1978 Mercury Grand Marquis, a car with just 4,054 miles on the clock. This has got to be the nicest '78 Grand Marquis in the world, and it's got all the options: 460 engine, power everything, cruise control, even the player. But fifteen grand? What do you think?

, thanks to for the tip!

The Mazda6 Is Overrated, Buy A Buick Regal GS Instead
Theis a very nicely made car that handles extremely well for when you need a dash of sportiness in your midsize sedan experience. It falls down as a true enthusiast car because it’s not even remotely quick. If you are looking for a front-drive four-door and some real zip, go...

For $6,000, Will This 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III Make Its Mark?
How do you define classical elegance? At one time Lincoln defined it with our Continental Mark III. I tend to agree but we’ll still have to see if if even those that are baroque can buy this beauty. While I’m not surprised at the result, the 93% Crack Pipe loss...

What It's Like To Purchase A New Car When You're Loaded
We’re all familiar with the not-so-pleasant experience of buying a car in a dealer. When you feel ready to commit to that brand new Honda CR-V or shiny new DAF 600, you’re likely to deal with haggling, arrogance from your sales rep, no car on the lot with the options...

For $20,000, Would This 1977 Ford Bronco Have You Going Long?
For $20,000, Would This 1977 Ford Bronco Have You Going Long?
Ford’s first-gen Bronco is a coveted car. Today’s example attempts to prove that if some is good then more will be better. We’ll see if this extra-long Bronco actually comes up short, price-wise. Yenko, yenko, bo-benko, banana-fana fo-fenko fee-fy-mo-menko, YENKO! Yeah, yesterday’s wasn’t a real Yenko, I know. It was...
