TheSuzukiS-Cross Concept is currently being shown at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. The Suzuki S-Cross Concept offers insight into Suzukis next generation C-segment crossover model which aims to be one of the lowest CO2 emitting cars in the segment when it goes into production.
Although Suzuki has not revealed powertrain details for the S-Cross Concept, it has made it clear that the S-Cross is designed primarily for comfort and will offer a high level of practicality, with one of the largest luggage compartments in the segment.
In terms of performance and handling, the Suzuki S-Cross will inherit elements from the successful Suzuki Swift series, the SK4 and Kizashi. Furthermore, the S-Cross will offer gentle, sporty and fuel-saving driving which will make it the perfect car for urban environments.
Exterior Styling
The Suzuki S-Cross concept features dynamic lines that run from the front bumper to the rear with chrome-plated detailing extending into the body from the LED fog lamps in the front bumper. The LED headlights and taillights with organic designs represent the muscles of an animal. The front-end features a mesh grille with dark and silky chrome. The roof rails lie flush with the roof when they are not being used. The crossover design is emphasised by a front skid plate, flared wing arches and under mouldings as well as 20-inch chrome wheels.
The exterior is finished in Crystal Green Metallic colour which is intended to evoke a feeling of nature in the city and city in nature.
