In case you need extra proof that rally drivers have some of the biggest balls in motor racing, check out the highlights from the World Rally Championship's Rally Spain. Even the 0 car that sweeps the course before the drivers are released was having fun.
Rally Spain is the only mixed-surface rally on the schedule and as such,, going through both urban and rural areas in Catalunya.
Sébastien Ogier and co-driver Julien Ingrassia clenched both a victory here as well as a world driver's and co-driver's championship. The duo of Jari-Matti Latvala and Jarmo Lehtinen fought hard to keep Ogier and Ingrassia from a second WRC title in a row, but ultimately came up short. Ogier's Volkswagen led the championship for all but one rally this season, so it comes as no surprise for him to clench the title.
Enjoy these highlights from the rally. We've got a yump that kicks the cars down hard on their noses, a giant curbed planter that looks like it could ruin some days, roundabouts, a tire wall chicane that everybody loves to punt, numerous drop-offs and glorious huge clouds of dust.
All of these are things that make watching rally great.
