Poor Max Verstappen had the worst luck during the Formula One United States Grand Prix. Before ultimately retiring with a gearbox problem, he surprised the Red Bull pit crew when he came in for a routine tire change.

Oh, the agony. Every second lost in a Formula One race to a pit stop is an opportunity for your competitors to jump ahead, and Max was knocking out some of the fastest laps of the race early on.

Unfortunately, Verstappen’s pit crew wasn’t ready for him at all, forcing him to wait as they got their crap together.
