Welcome to the slow start of the motorsports season. There isn't wall-to-wall racing yet, however, there's a few good events worth paying attention to.

The Chili Bowl is this: indoor midget car racing, with drivers from all over the country congregating in a Tulsa stadium. It's exactly as rowdy a good ol' redneck time as it sounds, except without the focus being on a delicious meat stew. (I guess the dirt kind of makes it look like a chili bowl. Either way, I'm hungry now. Thanks a lot.)
The Chili Bowl is tomorrow!
The Dakar Rally also wraps up this weekend. Who will make it to the end? Well, Dakar has a live information stream with video highlights on , or you can wait for NBCSN to show the highlights after every night.
